Non-Returnable Items
For your health and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

These items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, as we cannot guarantee they have not been used. Please also note any items specifically in shop that have return policy criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, you’ll need to provide:
* A photo showing the damage or defect
* Your order number
Once we verify the damage, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the availability of the item.
Refund and Exchanges
* Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once we receive the returned items (if applicable) and confirm the condition.
* Exchanges will be processed once we confirm the condition of the returned item and availability of the replacement.
* Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
* No Refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final sale.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items, where we will provide a prepaid return label. Return address given at return request.
